A movement education class for pre-school aged children that focuses on gymnastics.
This nationally accredited program involves four levels of skill development classes. Students in grades K-5 enter in the Rollers class and progress through Swingers, Kippers and Flyers. Each level includes skill development on the floor, uneven bars, balance beam and vault. Each of these levels also includes five program components: skills, safety education, gymnastics foundation, execution keys and values education.

Don't want to play full contact? Flag Football is designed for boys and girls who don't want to participate in a full contact football league, but would still like to learn the skills and strategies of the sport. Coaches will teach skill development, game basics and strategies as well as sportsmanship.
September of each year in Olean, NY
Boys and girls ages 8-15 have the chance to compete separately against their peers in punting, passing and place kicking skills. Youth are divided into four age groups and must present a birth certificate to register. NFL ribbons will go to the top three finishers in each age group. The winners will compete in a sectional competition for a chance to compete at a Buffalo Bills game. The competition is FREE to all!

Everybody plays, everybody wins!
Children in grades 1-8 can learn the basics of basketball or sharpen the skills they already have. Qualified instructors will teach skill development, learning the game and developing sportsmanship.
Boys & Girls ages 4 - 9
Youth will learn the fundamentals of soccer passing, shooting, defense and goal keeping from volunteer coaches. Financial Assistance is available - inquire at the Y.

Each March, the Olean Family YMCA hosts a double-elimination 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament at the facility on Wayne Street on.
DIVISIONS INCLUDE:
FORMAT:
Double-elimination
Games will be scheduled every half hour
Games are to 15 points or a maximum of 20 points
One- and two-point scoring
Four players per team
SEEDING:
Determined by the "Luck of the Draw"
Team Captains will be notified of their game time prior to tournament.
AWARDS:
T-shirts will be given to winners of each division.
