Members - one free per year.

WELLNESS CENTER APPOINTMENTS & ORIENTATIONS

(all members)
All current and new members are entitled to three appointments with a Wellness Center trainer. The first appointment is a Fitness Consultation (see above). Following this, you can sign-up for one to two more one-hour appointments with a Personal Trainer, who will teach you proper use of equipment of your interest (Nautilus, ExpressWay, free weights, flexibility, stability ball, etc.) Call or stop by the front desk to make your appointment.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Need to get motivated? Need a personal training specific to your fitness goals? Our nationally-certified personal trainers provide one-on-one workout sessions, individualized program design and sports specific training. Whether you’re starting a new fitness program or wanting to spice up an existing one, a PT will guide, educate and motivate you toward reaching your goals. Therapeutic massage is an ancient form of health care that uses hands-on manipulation of soft tissue to improve health and well-being.
